## Why your donation matters

In the United Kingdom, access to quality care should not depend on your financial situation. The Dispensaire Français is here to change that — for people who are isolated or in difficulty — by offering them medical and social support in French.

Our work relies entirely on the generosity of our donors and the dedication of our volunteers. We receive no automatic public funding. It is thanks to donors like you that we can continue to act. Without your support, we could not maintain consultations at £10 or provide emergency help to those who need it.

Every pound you give becomes a consultation, a medicine, a hope. No matter the amount — what counts is choosing to act.

Your donation helps to:

🏥 **Maintain our premises and equipment** at 184 Hammersmith Road, so we can continue to welcome our patients with dignity 

👩‍⚕️ **Provide access to specialists** — dermatologists, gynaecologists, psychiatrists, physiotherapists — in French and at an affordable rate of £10 

🧓 **Break the isolation of older people** — by organising monthly activities and meet-ups 

🎓 **Support young French speakers** — a free, confidential listening space 

🆘 **Fund emergency aid** for people with no resources — travel, essential needs, accommodation

Gift Aid — your donation is worth 25% more

The Dispensaire Français is a registered charity in the United Kingdom (no. 1148440), regulated by the Care Quality Commission for our health services.  
  
If you are a UK taxpayer, the British government adds 25p for every £1 you give — at no extra cost to you. A donation of £100 becomes **£125** for the Dispensaire. Simply tick the Gift Aid box when you donate on JustGiving.
