Beyond medical care, the Dispensaire Français has been committed for over 150 years to the French-speaking community in London through **human and social support initiatives**. 

Because health is not limited to medicine — it is also social connection, safety and the feeling of being heard. We have therefore developed programmes designed to meet everyone's specific needs: young people aged 13 to 25 looking for a listening ear, seniors wishing to break their isolation, or women going through a difficult time.

These services are **free**, **confidential**, and delivered by a **team of volunteers** who are deeply committed. They reflect what lies at the heart of our mission: to be a place of trust, open to all French speakers, whatever their situation or background.
