How do I book an appointment at the Dispensaire Français?

Booking an appointment by telephone

Appointments can only be booked by telephone on 020 8222 8822

Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and Friday from 9am to 4pm

🆘 Emergency social support

For emergency social support, our social worker sees people by appointment at the following times:

📅 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 2pm-4pm
📅 Wednesday: 9.30am-12.30pm

Why can appointment waiting times vary?

The Dispensaire Français runs thanks to volunteer healthcare professionals who give their time to the French-speaking community. Consultations are offered according to each practitioner's availability.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call us on 020 8222 8822 as soon as possible, so that the slot can be offered to another patient. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours beforehand, the consultation will be charged.

Can I be seen without an appointment?

No, medical and social consultations are by appointment only.

What should I do outside opening hours or in an emergency?

Please contact the NHS on 111 or the emergency number 999. For social emergencies, please contact the social services of the Consulate General of France in London.
