A space just for you

Feeling low, stress, nutrition, bullying, addiction, questions about love or sex, skin problems... When you're young and far from home, it can be hard to know who to turn to. The Espace Santé Jeunes is here for that.

Every Friday from 12pm to 3pm, a team of French-speaking health professionals welcomes you in a caring, non-judgemental and completely confidential setting.

Do my parents have to be told?

No. The consultations are strictly confidential. You can see a psychologist at the Espace Santé Jeunes without your parents being informed. Our priority is to offer you a space to talk where you can express yourself freely and in complete confidence.

Is it free?

Yes. Consultations at the Espace Santé Jeunes are completely free of charge, with no means testing. They are open to all French-speaking young people aged 13 to 25.

Can I use the ESJ online?

Yes. Consultations can take place in person at our premises or remotely by video call, depending on your needs and circumstances.

How long does a consultation last?

Each consultation lasts about an hour, whether you choose to be seen in person or by video call.
